At LN Personal, we are currently seeking engaged and meticulous employees for a surface treatment assignment with one of our clients in Gothenburg. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a technical and quality-focused environment alongside a tight-knit small team.

As a surface treatment operator, you will work with the handling and processing of metal components. The work takes place in a production environment where quality, safety, and precision are the focus. In this role, you will handle materials both before and after treatment, as well as monitor processes and machines in production. You are also responsible for performing quality controls to ensure that products meet established requirements, as well as documentation and reporting in daily work.

Start: Immediate
Location: Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time, daytime and evening shifts scheduled Friday-Sunday every week.
Employment Type: This is initially a consultant assignment. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for extension with LN Personal, provided everything goes well.

Your Profile
Requirements:

• Previous experience in some form of production work
• Forklift license A + B
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a technical interest. You thrive in a production environment and appreciate working both independently and with others. You have good collaboration skills and are fluent in Swedish. Previous experience in industry or surface treatment is an asset, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to learn. The work is scheduled exclusively on weekends, constituting a full-time position – perfect for you who want to work concentrated on weekends and be free on weekdays.
